This event is for the sale of antique and collector vehicle parts, equipment, supplies, accessories, or related memorabilia only. It is not a general “flea market” and we do not wish to have crafts, household items, unrelated toys, clothing, equipment, supplies or services displayed. If you have any questions, ask before you arrive. Event organizers reserve the right to refuse admittance to any vendor selling, displaying or offering any items not in keeping with the theme or family-oriented nature of this activity.

 Car Clubs are invited to purchase a space to promote your club

INSIDE VENDOR SET-UP is available Friday from 1–5 PM

Day of meet and outside vendor setup starts at 7 AM. (Must check in first)

Food available on site from food vendors

Indoor spaces: 10’ x 10’ - One table and two chairs provided per space. ($35 preregistered/$40 after)

Outdoor spaces: 10’ x 30’ Bring your own tables and chairs.  ($25 preregistered/$30 after)

You must purchase enough spaces for all your stuff including trailers and tow vehicles. Tow vehicles may be parked in spectator parking.

Car Corral vehicles for sale must purchase an outdoor space. Vendor setup and day of meet registration begins 7 AM Saturday. Site must be vacated by 2 PM Saturday.

ADVANCE REGISTRATION HIGHLY RECOMMENDED DUE TO LIMITED INDOOR SPACE AVAILABILITY. ANY UNRESERVED INDOOR SPACES WILL BE AVAILABLE ON DAY OF THE EVENT.

The TRAACA 2024 Annual Swap Meet promises to be the biggest ever, with extensive advertisement and promotional activities.  As one of the only Winter events for car collectors  and enthusiasts in the Tidewater area, it attracts a wide variety of customers and vendors.  Reserve your space now - space is limited, especially indoors.
